Calendar View

The calendar shows all your scheduled posts in a visual timeline. You can:

  • View by week, month or list
  • Drag and drop posts to reschedule them
  • Click a post to edit it
  • See which platforms each post is going to

List view

Use the Month/Week switch at the top of the calendar and choose List to see the whole month in order, day by day. Each row shows the time, your labels, the platforms, the caption and the status — scheduled, publishing, published or failed — so you can read down a month and see what actually went out. Click any row to preview the post, exactly as in the other views.

The flame

A 🔥 marks a post that did well: it got more than double what that account normally gets over the last three months. Video is judged on views and everything else on likes, comments, shares and saves.

Beside the flame you will see which platform earned it and how much — the platform’s mark and a figure such as “27.8k views”. If you sent the post to several platforms at once, the flame belongs to the one that actually did it; hover to see the account name and the exact number.

An Instagram flame also says Trial reel when the post went out as one. That is based on what Instagram actually published, not what you asked for — when your trial allowance is spent a post goes out as an ordinary reel, and the flame says so. Trial reels are shown to people who do not follow you, so their views are a different kind of number.

The bar is set per account and against the middle of its recent posts, not its average — so one viral post does not raise the bar out of reach, and a smaller account is measured against itself rather than against your biggest one. Flames show in the month and week views too, and appear a moment after the calendar does.

A post needs a handful of real interactions before it can earn one, so very quiet accounts will not show flames until there is enough to compare against.

Post Queue

Instead of picking specific times for every post, you can set up a posting schedule (e.g., 9am, 1pm, 6pm daily) and simply add posts to the queue. Posts are published automatically at the next available slot.

Per-Platform Versions

Each post can have different text for each platform. Click on an account to create a platform-specific version with custom text while sharing the same media. This is great when you want different captions for Instagram vs TikTok.
