Deleting a workspace
Only the workspace owner can delete a workspace. Open the workspace, go to Security in the sidebar, click Delete workspace and type the workspace name to confirm.
Deleting a workspace removes its posts, media, connected accounts and settings for good. It cannot be undone.
If the workspace holds your plan
On agency and multi-workspace plans, one workspace holds the plan and pays for your other workspaces. Deleting it does not cancel your plan.
- Your plan, saved card and billing history move to another workspace you own. We pick the one you post from most.
- Your other workspaces keep their access, and your next payment date stays the same.
- The confirmation box tells you which workspace the plan will move to before you delete anything.
If the workspace pays for workspaces that belong to other people and you have no other workspace of your own, it can’t be deleted from Security. Contact support and we’ll move the plan for you first.
Cancelling your plan
To stop paying, cancel from Billing instead. Deleting workspaces is not the way to cancel.
